For
years I had been working out intensely 5-6 times a
week in all kinds of sports and workouts until I had
a severe accident 3 years ago, I had some major injuries
which made it impossible to continue my heavy workout
routine. Then I met Josette Lamotte and I was introduced
to Pilates
well, it has greatly helped me strengthen
my body from the inside out. I suddenly became aware
of a whole new group of muscles
Even though I greatly improved
in just a couple of months, I continued to do Pilates
and I still do it today except that is all I do. It
has become my exercise of choice in my tight schedule.
I can get a strong workout and get a good sweat. Pilates
is really for all and any level. I found Josette and
her teachers to be very caring, patient, fun, helpful
and expert instructors of Pilates.

| I started doing
Pilates 5 months after my first baby was born. It made
a tremendous difference in my entire body. I am now
pregnant with my second child and I plan to continue
doing Pilates until the week I give birth. I feel very
comfortable doing most all of the exercises I did before
and it really feels good to stretch and still get a
really good workout. It especially strengthens my stomach
muscles and leg muscles, which are essential to an easy
labor. I am very grateful to Stacey for keeping me in
Pilates shape.

| Ive been
practicing Pilates one to three times a week for three
months and I have noticed improvements in my posture,
confidence, my physical and mental strength, my clothes
fit better (especially my dress suits) and I am constantly
connecting myself.

| I was having
back problems after 30+ years of competitive sports
with high impact, such as basketball, tennis, running,
etc. Through practicing Pilates once or twice a week
over the past six months, I have greatly improved my
flexibility and body awareness as it relates
to my back. My core strength is better and the techniques
carry over to all my other workouts and my back is much
better!

I have been
doing Pilates twice a week for 5 months and I have
noticed that I am definitely stronger, longer and
more flexible. My stomach is flatter than it has
been in 10 years. And my golf swing is much better
too!
